Just a Few Rules The following are types of web sites which are not allowed in the Free Links Network. This is not meant to be an exclusive listing...Free Links Network reserves the right to remove and delete without notice any account or accounts found in violation of these items, as well as activities which, in the opinion of Free Links Network, may impact negatively the FLN community at large. Currently, do not apply for membership if your site has anything to do with: Displaying material containing nudity or pornographic material of any kind. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or profanity. Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals. Defaming any person or group. Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age. Sending "spam" or "bulk email." Copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property infringement, including but not limited to offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs, information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs, or any type of cracker utilities (this also includes files which are solely intended for game emulation). Hyperlinking to content which is not allowed on the Free Links Network. Gathering personally identifiable information for unlawful purposes. Any violation will result in immediate termination of this service and your ad spot will be assigned to corporate use. You will lose all downline benefit. No questions asked, we'll just cancel the account. If you spot a violator please report it to us to support@FreeLinksNetwork.com. We'll close them down and give you their network downline, by inserting your ad in their spot. Remember the Free Links Network icon or text link must appear on the page to which your ad is linked. If you do not carry the text or icon link on the page your visitors are invited to see, you will lose your membership. Should you see any abuses of this policy, please let us know and we will give you the entire network of the offending party. This system is set up to self-police so it will remain fair and profitable for all. That's the way it has to be. Please do not violate these three very important rules. 1. Inappropriate web sites; 2. Members must carry the Free Links Network Icon or text link on the page their ad links to; 3. No stacking... it is not permitted to have your ad appear on the same page as any of your other ads (thus, you cannot sign up under yourself). LEGAL STUFF Limited Liability, It is expressly agreed: Free Links Network and its affiliated companies (hereinafter reffered to as THE COMPANY) will not be responsible for any losses or damages or costs the Free Links Network member may suffer as a result of THE COMPANY's inability to deliver ads across its network due to any reason including but not limited to partial or total network interruption, server downtimes, ad server malfunctions, power or service interruptions, mechanical breakdowns, and router malfunctions. Free Links Network reserves the right to change the terms of our policies and procedures at any time. You are responsible for complying with any new rules posted here within ten days from the day changes are posted.
